Scotty Slaydon
Director
Scotty Slaydon is a 1988 honors graduate from Jackson College of Ministries and served as missionary to the country of El Salvador from 1989 to 2006.
In El Salvador he supervised both a mobile medical clinic and a fixed location clinic. He has been involved in humanitarian ministry for 12 years in an organiztional capacity as well as hands on involvement in more than 20 countries around the globe.
In 2007 he was named Director of Compassion Services International and has served in that capacity until the present.
Delano Sherley - CPA
Financial Consultant
Owner and President of Delano Sherley & Associates, Inc.
Delano has over twenty-five years of diverse experience in accounting, including the non-profit, engineering and construction industries. He has served as Controller and CFO for several closely held businesses. He has also volunteered and served on several non-profit boards.
He has spoken at state and national conferences on the topics of personal finances, church financial management, accounting and ministerial taxes. In 2002, Delano started what is now Delano Sherley and Associates, Inc.

Crystal Jones
Assistant Medical Director
Crystal L. Jones, MD is Medical Director of Acute Disease Programs for the Marion County Health Department, Indianapolis, IN. As the Medical Director, she oversees the Communicable Disease, Tuberculosis, Immunization, Foreign Born and Public Health Emergency Preparedness Programs. Her expertise include tuberculosis treatment and control; adult, childhood and travel immunization; communicable disease epidemiology; outbreak investigations; and disaster preparedness including heat/cold, bioterrorism, pandemic influenza, etc.
Dr. Marcus Cobb

Medical Director
Dr. Marcus Cobb is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati twice over; earning both his B.S. in biology and his M.D. degree as a Bearcat. After completing a three year residency in Internal Medicine at the Good Samaritan Hospital of Cincinnati he began a 17 year career as a private practitioner in Primary Care Internal Medicine.
He is actively involved in many community and civic organizations. In addition he is a public speaker on multiple current health topics.
Michelle LaVoi
Office Manager
Michelle is a graduate of Indiana Bible College and manages the CSI office in Saint Charles, Missouri. In addition to serving with distinction alongside her husband in their ministry pursuits, Michelle has achieved success in her career in the banking industry. Starting as a part-time teller, she worked her way up to become a successful branch manager in one of the largest bank organizations in the United States.
Bishop Leroy Francis
Bishop Leroy Francis was born January 3, 1956 in Jamaica. He moved to London at the age of 7 and has lived there ever since. He was appointed pastor of Life Tabernacle in 2000 and has served as the General Superintendent of the UPC of Great Britain and Ireland since March 2002. Currently he serves as Secretary on the Global Council and represents the Sub Western region of Europe and the Middle East on the Executive Global Council.
