I want to make a donation in honor of/in memory of someone. Is this possible?

Yes. If you are donating online, please allocate "I wish to donate in honor or memory of someone" on the donation. If you are going to mail a check, you may include this information on the donation form. If you are donating over the phone, you can provide this information. If you would like CSi to send a letter to the person (or family of the person) whom you are honoring, please include their name, address, and any message you would like to share.

Are there other ways to donate other than online?

Although donating online is the fastest way for volunteer projects to get funded, you may also donate by mail or over the phone.

I would like to donate, but I don't live in the United States. How can I donate?

The easiest way to donate from outside the United States is on our website. Online donations are available with credit card payment. In limited circumstances, you may encounter issues with address verification. If this happens, you can donate by mail or over the phone.

How do I make a bequest to Compassion Services International?

If you wish to include Compassion Services International as a beneficiary in your will we recommend that you add, "Compassion Services International, agency of the United States government." As CSi enters and leaves countries periodically, and as the sectors in which CSi volunteers serve change, we recommend that bequests be as general as possible (e.g., supporting volunteering projects"). If you wish to specify in which sector or country you would like your bequest to help, we recommend that you include language to allow for any possible changes in CSi programming. For example, "If my bequest cannot be used to support the specific project I have identified, I authorize CSi to use the bequest for other activities that further the mission of CSi."

If you have any additional questions about bequests, please email us at MLavoi@compassionservices.org or call our office at 812-239-9750.

Meet Madison

Let us introduce you to Madison, a young girl who heard about the devastation caused by Cyclone Idai and how so many people had lost their homes and crops. She wanted to do something to help. She put her compassion in action and raised $420 to help Cyclone Idai victims.

Feeding our Family

"Feeding our Family" became an important project to CSi when we heard about the dire need of many nations. Our representatives spoke of several church members and leaders who were dying of starvation. We can not allow this to happen! Your donation today will go directly to those in hunger around the world.  Both one time and recurring monthly donation options are available.
